CONNECT is a Swiss-wide career development program for female PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in STEM fields. 

Since 2018, CONNECT has connected researchers from institutions such as ETH Zurich, EPFL, PSI, Empa, Eawag, WSL, UZH, and UNIL with companies, startups, and public-sector organizations including Swiss Re, ABB, Hilti, Logitech, Bain, and others. 

The program supports women in STEM in exploring career opportunities beyond academia while creating meaningful exchange between highly qualified researchers and employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
